This is one of the most accurate and complete versions of the dead sea scrolls; based off the most accurate translations, most material, and least corruption. There are other versions that can be bought in book form such as the ones from Florentino Martinez, however from my previous understanding, the translation is not all the best. This pdf can be printed off into a book if you would like, and is derived completely from 'The Dead Sea Scrolls Electronic Library (the Dead Sea Scrolls Electronic Reference Library)' published in 2007 by Emanuel Tov.
